Active in the fiduciary business since 1991, Alberto has accrued a unique experience in the several areas of tax and legal aspects of the fiduciary management of assets, with specific attention to the needs of complex patrimonies, solutions to pass from one generation to the next, incorporation of companies, corporate restructuring and planning, settlement of trusts and management of escrow arrangements. Alberto is the President of Fiduciaria Europea’s Board of Directors since 2004.
Gianfilippo Massangioli, Chartered Tax Accountant – Director, Europa Trust SpA
Member of the CPA Society (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili) in Florence since 1981, Gianfilippo is the naming partner of the Massangioli CPA firm in Florence.
Gianfilippo is an expert of tax and corporate law with specific focus on merger and acquisitions, corporate restructuring. Public speaker in several seminars about the taxation of trusts in the Italian market; Gianfilippo is part of the Board of Directors of Fiduciaria Europea and he his also member of several Supervisory Boards in Italy.
Saverio Bartoli, Lawyer
Saverio became lawyer in 1991. Naming partner of the Bartoli law firm in Florence, Saverio is author of several books and scientific publications on civil and commercial law, with specific attention to trust law, major publications are "Il Trust" (2001), "Le clausole dei trusts interni" (2008) and "Trust e atto di destinazione nel diritto di famiglia e delle persone" (2011).
